What is a good friend?

A good friend says kind and nice words to you to make you happy. A good friend never punches you, kicks you, or pokes the fingers at you. A good friend always tries not to be mean. I am always happy with my friends. Good friends share with each other and play respectfully with each other. My best friend is Mackey.

Gymnastics
On Tuesday my class and I went to learn some Gymnastics. Our teacher was Flaminio. He is from Brazil but he sounds Italian

In the first week we were told to divide the class into two groups. I was in group 2. We went to circuit number 2. In circuit number 2 there was a lot of exercises to do. We did all the exercises then we had to go back to class.

In the next week we played "Stuck in the Mud". There were two taggers and they had to try to tag the whole class. Who ever was tagged had to stand still until they were tagged again by another person in their team. After playing "Stuck in the Mud" we started exercising we did the 1 shape, Pike shape and Diamond shape.

My Holiday - Mikaela

My Exciting Holiday

On my holiday my two aunties, mum and I went to Kohimarama Beach.

When we arrived at the beach it was very hot so  all we had a splash in the water. When we felt we had enough of swimming we went and built sandcastles. It was fun. My two aunties called Maryann and Raymona picked up lots of seashells to add to the sandcastles we made. Also I thought in my mind that there was a hundred seashells in my purple bucket.

Last of all we did cartwheels lots of times on the sand. First my aunty Maryann did a cartwheel, then my older aunty Raymona and I did the same.

We had a wonderful time at the beach and I hope we go again in the next holiday

My Soul friend is 12 years old, she is kind and her favourite book to read is "The Wizard Of Oz". My Soul friend's name is Lose.

Her favourite sport is Netball. She loves Netball because she is good at getting the ball in the hoop. Lose's favourite movie is "White Chicks" she likes this movie because it is very funny. Her favourite singer is Bruno Mars'. Lose likes crunchy, juicy watermelons and she always has mango are drink.

Lose's best friend is Deja. Deja and Lose have gone to the same school since kindergarten and they both go to the same primary.

Friendship - Alila

My best friend is Miya. She is my best friend because she is lovely, happy, peaceful, caring, sharing, helpful and forgiving. She comes over to my house to play with me every weekend. On sunny days we play baseball, soccer or sometimes we go to the playground. She always makes me smile when she smiles with me.

Good friends - Aaliyah

A good friend is a person that knows you very well because you have known each other for a long time. A friend will always stick to your side when you play sports and when your in class. Friends never betray each other. A good friend will always be there for you. A helpful friend is someone that will care for you when your feeling sad.

A friend is special because she is loving, playful and sometimes we share lunch. If she does not have any lunch she I share mine with her. When she needs help I can help her. My friend is helpful to me when I need help. When she's hurt I will help her up she also does the same for me when I am hurt. When I am sick and away from school my friend can take care of my desk. When someone in my family has past away my friend is kind enough to give me money to help my family. I love having friends!

My soul friend's name is Zheiyna and she is 12 years old. Her birthday is on Tuesday the 26th of August this year. Zheiyna's father is Samoan and her mother is Tahitian. Zheiyna has a lot of favourite things. Her favourite movie is "The Impossible". Her favourite game is "Poison". Her favourite movie actor is Adam Sandler, she thinks he's really funny. Mrs Moodley is her favourite teacher, she likes Mrs Moodley because she feels comfortable talking to her. Zheiyna loves the colour purple. She is friends with Dawn, Deja and Rachael. Zheiyna's favourite subject is Maths. "Home and away" and "Regular Show" are her favourite T.V programs. Zheiyna's favourite drinks are Orange Juice and Lift Plus. Zheiyna's aunty is her inspirational person. Zheiyna and I both dislike bullying.

 

Good Friend - Claudia

A good friend is a kind, lovely and wonderful person. When someone is kind to me I call them my friend because I have to be kind back to them. When my friend does something wrong I always tell them, because I don't like it  when my friends do the wrong things. I love having friends.

Joseph Soul Friend

My soul friend is Sione from room 7.

I’m very glad to have Sione as my soul friend.  He is polite as he talks with me.  St Pius X Church is his parish that he regularly attends.  

Sione was born in Auckland 2012 and he is Tongan.  He is currently 12 years old and is a year 8 student.  He is a school leader and is one of the school's peace office. I will miss my soul friend  next year because he will go to college.

Sione seems to have a sweet teeth because he enjoys chocolate flavoured ice cream and pancakes. His favourite teacher is Mrs Williams.

Friendship is about a person who is caring, and they have a lot of Holy Spirit within them. Friends are those that tell you the truth all the time. Friends always puts a smile on your face. Friends show us love when they give you big hugs. Friends are playful and helpful, they share they're lunch when you don't have anything to eat. Friends love us and we love them.

My  soul  friend’s name  is  Latanoa. Her  favourite  subject   is  Reading   because  it  makes her smarter.  She  is 13 years old. I  like  my   soul  friend because she is smart, kind and beautiful. My soul friend is a great singer.  Dragon ball Z is  her favourite  program and game.  Latanoa and I like Chris Brown. I love  her  because  she  is  one  of  my  best  friends. Latanoa is my best  soul  friend.

My wonderful holiday - Vanessa

In the holidays Joanna,Stephanie, nana and I went to  Fairfield primary school. When we got there we went to find Joanna's class. When we got there I saw her teacher, her name was Mrs Mc Queen. We were so happy to meet her. After we meet her teacher we walked over to the office to get Joana's stationary. When we had bought the stationary we were given a box full of station, we checked inside the box to see whether all of the stationary was inside the box. She got Poem book, Math book, Note book, Reading book, Bookbag and a Folder. When finished getting the stationary we went back to the car and went back home.
